We recognise that there is a lack of knowledge in the industry when is comes to BMS and whilst most BMS companies try to capitalise on that by using it as some form of black art, we are actually the complete opposite. We want to demonstrate our expertise and give people as much knowledge as possible because we have found that due to the rapid enhancements in technology, there has been a gap in knowledge which has resulted in lots of "Jack of all trades" earning a quick buck and this ultimately ends up in the client not getting what they paid for â€“ or wanted. By banging the drum for the client and completely over delivering, it will allow us to concentrate on what we are good at instead of getting unnecessary call backs to site and ultimately we can pull the strings higher up the chain once we develop that level of trust. Process over outcome. All of our engineers have a firm background in the BMS industry and have all obtained Expert status from the UK's leading automation and controls company Trend. We manufacture our own control panels in our 'â€‹in house'â€‹ specially designed workshop which is run by staff with over 20 years experience in building control panels. We are the ONLY integrator to have a REAL intelligent buildings solution which has been developed with our internal AV company Gemco AV Our vast service department looks after hundreds of building management systems across London & the South East including some of London's most famous flagship buildings. All aspects of our works are kept in house which not only enables us to provide a fast reliable contracting service, but also allows us to offer services at very competitive costs.
