Founded in 1961, the law firm handles legal matters throughout Florida involving commercial and contract disputes, real estate, family law, will contests, class actions and other aspects of business and commercial law . The firm also serves businesses and individuals in commercial and real estate transactions and financing, estate and trust planning, formation of business entities, including the preparation of shareholder and operating agreements. Since our inception, we have represented major U.S. corporations in industries such as information technology, broadcasting, automotive, construction, telecommunications, publishing, banking, insurance, petroleum, food, pharmaceuticals and entertainment. Our attorneys have a long-standing tradition of public service instilled by its two founders, the late William S. Frates, and Peter T. Fay, who presently serves on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
