Emotional fitness is an experiential process where the client is given an opportunity to hear themselves. It is a process that is entirely client lead, client focused, client centered and client driven. Through listening power, the client will make sense of their own feelings and thoughts while connecting to their own inner beliefs leading to a greater level of emotional fitness. Through emotional fitness, the client will experience support over a short period of time as they develop a personalized tool kit of resources that they can use independently. These tools, derived from the book "The 9 Steps to Emotional Fitness" (Warren Redman), will lead the client through a process of inner balancing. Throughout the experience, the client's need to be heard and listened to is validated. The Emotional Fitness Centre delivers a tool kit of resources and training programs including: • Coaching one-to-one (personal, professional, career transition, physical fitness) • Coaching with families, couples, and groups • Coaching for teams, leaders and managers • Emotional Fitness Coach Certification • Personal Growth Programs Information Session. The Emotional Fitness Centre is available to deliver a one hour information session to community organizations and businesses as well as independent clients.
