In the dairy segment we manage the business of subsidiaries with strong and iconic brands including MÃ¼ller, Weihenstephan, Sachsenmilch and KÃ¤serei Loose. Retail brands and basic dairy products, such as butter, UHT milk, lactose powder and whey protein, complete the portfolio. In addition to the milk-processing subsidiaries, the packaging company Optipack, the company's own logistics firm Culina and MÃ¼ller Naturfarm, one of the largest fruit-processing companies in Germany, also belong to the Group. Activities in the field of convenience food also come under the umbrella of the Group. The product range includes leading brands in the chilled gourmet salad segment, sauces and fish specialties, such as Homann, Nadler, Lisner, Hamker, Pfennigs and Hopf, plus a number of different private label products. The Group also owns NORDSEE, the Group is bundling modern sea food concepts, serving a range of consumer groups with a variety of offerings. NORDSEE's success is based on three sales channels: retail, restaurant and take-away snacks.
