North Star was founded in 1998 and began as an underground utilities contractor; we have since expanded to include a paving and grading division and most recently a concrete division. North Star has quickly become a full service company capable of doing any project. Our office includes an 11,500 sq. ft. shop fully equipped to maintain and service our extensive fleet of heavy equipment.
