We are Fosse Healthcare - Leicestershire, part of the Fosse Healthcare family What we do We recruit, train and deploy nurses, senior health care and health care workers; mental health and dementia specialists for care homes, residential homes, nursing homes and hospices in the Leicestershire area. How we work We are a small team available 24/7, passionate about providing highly professional, kind and caring staff for patients who need specialised care, whether they are elderly, vulnerable adults with special needs or have mental health issues. We make sure we get the right people to the right place at the right time, often at very short notice. How we recruit We are very particular about the people we recruit. We put candidates through a thorough work place question based interview, they are DBS checked, have to pass a Moving and Handling course. Everyone has to do our on-line training which includes Safeguarding Adults and Children, Equality and Diversity, Food Hygiene and our bespoke healthcare modules and where appropriate we provide NVQ training for Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care. For us though, it isn't just about technical and professional qualifications, we want the families of patients to know that their loved ones are in the best hands and for the clients who hire our staff to know that by providing the best staff and training, right down to the uniforms, they know that when they hire someone from Fosse HealthCare â€“ Leicestershire they are getting professional caring, dependable staff.
