Spectrum Mechanical Services was established in 2011 as a mechanical services pipe work installation company. Within the last four years Spectrum Mechanical Services Ltd has grown in size and turnover, with a work force of approximately 40 fully trained pipe fitters, and turning over approximately £2.5m. With over 600 man years of knowledge within the industry Spectrum Mechanical Services Ltd has the ability to take on projects of all scales and sizes. Our main project types are as follows: Hotels Schools Colleges Care Homes Sports Complexes Hospitals Office Blocks Warehouses Super Markets Within the above project types we have carried out the following services: LPHW Heating, including plant room installations, radiator systems, under floor heating, trench heating, radiant panels etc. Chilled Water Services Domestic Water Services, including tank and boosted cold water installations Commercial Gas Services, including boiler installations, gas fired heaters, commercial kitchens etc. Above Ground Drainage, including glass drainage in hospitals, chemical drainage within schools, cast iron installations, HDPE fusion weld and standard PVC installations Sanitary ware Underground pipe Services for incoming mains cold water services and gas, along with buried heating services, using fusion weld or preformed pipe sections. External Rain Water and Guttering UPVC Ventilation Systems Within Spectrum Mechanical Services we have a number of supervisors, foremen and operatives trained under the CITB Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme and the CITB Site Managers Safety Training Scheme, along with 1st Aid at Work (3 day Course), Abrasive Wheels training, Asbestos Awareness Training, IPAF, PASMA, Confined Spaces, Fire Warden Training, Commercial Gas Safe Registered, domestic gas safe registered and many other industry qualifications. But as a minimum all of our operatives and staff have an Engineering Services Skills Card, or an equivalent level.
