In 1970, a small group of concerned residents started gathering on Saturday mornings to discuss the future of Southern California's air quality and the overall state of the environment. From those meetings, the Coalition for Clean Air (CCA) was born. Today, CCA is a statewide nonprofit organization—with offices in Los Angeles and Sacramento —advocating for air quality throughout California. MISSION The Coalition for Clean Air is dedicated to restoring clean, healthy air to California by advocating for effective public policy and practical business solutions. We save lives, improve air quality, and prevent climate change. VISION Clean air for all of California
