Our facilities are regularly available for hire during evenings and weekends, with weekday availability during University vacation periods – January, Easter and summer. Meeting spaces can be hired individually or they can be combined to form a bespoke package designed around your event needs, in both cases, we offer great value for money. Our team of professional conference coordinators are dedicated to ensuring all our customers have a successful event by providing the ideal venue experience. The opening of the award-winning John Henry Brookes Building means we have over 160 modern spaces to hire. We also provide an extensive selection of seasonal hospitality options. These can range from a tea and coffee break, through to a three-course gala dinner.
