Datz is an American gastropub and market in South Tampa, FL that specializes in elevated comfort food favorites like mac-and cheese stuffed meatloaf, chicken and waffles, and poutine. All are served with ample sides of culinary education and fun in a spirited, ever-evolving environment. Datz uses only premium ingredients and all breads and pastries are baked on premises. Dazzle specializes in creating truly opulent events with customized menus. In April 2013 Datz is opening a bakery, Dough, in the building directly adjacent to its own on S. MacDill Avenue. Dough produces all baked goods, including breads and pastries, for Datz. Upon opening it will serve a full range of bakery items, lunch bites and desserts to its own clientele.
