I founded Precision Business Solutions in June of 2003, when a Client called me for some technical assistance, in a time of need. At the time, I had no idea it would turn into what Precision Business Solutions is today. At Precision Business Solutions, we've always been a no-contract IT firm. However, we do now provide both contract and non-contract based service options, as we understand some Clients may prefer a fixed monthly service fee they can budget against. No matter what support plan our Clients select, we work to provide the best support experience possible, by hiring qualified and personable technicians, and setting our expectations higher than others. We believe in common sense. We're not going to try to sell you a service or recommend a product you don't need. We're not going to oversell you on something you do need. We're going to take a look at your business or organization, and work with you to try to provide you the SOLUTION that you need. We're solution providers, not sales people. We believe in teamwork. Precision Business Solutions is structured as a team; we have many talented people with diverse skill sets and backgrounds and we want them to excel in the areas, in which they like to work.
