Twin Valley Middle School utilizes a block schedule. Students attend three hour-and-a-half long blocks per day (language arts, math, and science or social studies), along with two forty-five minute related arts classes. Related arts classes include art, gym, music (band, chorus and/or orchestra), family and consumer sciences, technology education, and a world language. Students in the 7th and 8th grade may participate in PIAA sports and all students may participate in after school clubs sponsored by the Parent Involvement Council (PIC).
