Company Profile rg+p began in 1979 as Galey and Associates and then in 1987 became Richard Galey and Partners. In the early years the client base was predominantly Housing Associations, a bond that has continued to the present day. In 1999 we became a private limited company with Bill Smedley as Managing Director and Rob Woolston and James Badley as Design Directors. In January 2004 Mitch Dale joined the practice to take over and develop the Quantity Surveying and Project Management Team.
