We are an international apparel design, sourcing and marketing company featuring a diverse portfolio of owned lifestyle brands, consisting of Tommy BahamaÂ©, Lilly PulitzerÂ© and Southern TideÂ©, as well as owned and licensed brands of tailored clothing and golf apparel from Lanier ApparelÂ©. Additionally, we operate Tommy BahamaÂ© restaurants. Our branded and private label tailored clothing products are distributed through department and specialty stores, national chains, specialty catalogs, mass merchants and Internet retailers. Originally founded in 1942, we have undergone a transformation as we migrated from our historical domestic manufacturing roots towards a focus on designing, sourcing and marketing apparel products bearing prominent trademarks owned by us. Significant steps to accomplish this transition include the June 2003 acquisition of Tommy BahamaÂ©; the July 2004 acquisition of Ben ShermanÂ©; the June 2006 divestiture of our former Womenswear Group; and the closing of all but one of our manufacturing facilities. In fiscal 2010, we took two additional steps with our December 2010 acquisition of Lilly PulitzerÂ© and the January 2011 divestiture of our former Oxford Apparel Group. In 2012, Oxford Headquarters moved to the 999 Building in Atlanta, GA. The new office space and open floor plan allow for enhanced collaboration and partnership between employees. In April 2015, the Lilly PulitzerÂ© and Target collaboration led to an increase in our stock price in just a few short days. In summer of 2015, Oxford sold the Ben ShermanÂ© brand.
