Nossack Fine Meats facility is a Ready To Eat Processing Plant. We offer Halal Processed Meats RTE, now sold across Canada and into the U.A.E. Market Place with direct representation in Dubai. In 2009 we added a Organic line of various Turkey Products as well. Facility and Products are certified Halal and Organic with CFIA Federal and HACCP status to support. In 2008 we added a Savory processing plant, located in Innisfail, Alberta, Nossack Gourmet Foods. We process Sausage Rolls, Quiches, Meat Pies and other fine Savory Meal Replacement items in our Quick Comforts line. We offer new Trans-fat Reduced items, and with our new innovative MAP line (Modified Atmosphere Packaging), we have the ability to offer extended Shelf Life. Nossack Distribution Centre is the Cold Storage Facility for our Raw Materials for further processing in both Manufacturing Facilities, also the storage for our Finished goods from both Nossack Fine Meats and Nossack Gourmet Foods for further Distribution.
