RPIA LP is an employee-owned investment management firm that specializes in absolute return fixed-income strategies and interest-rate risk management. The firm was founded in 2009 by a group of partners who each have more than 20 years of international and debt market experience. Senior partners include Andrew Pringle (Chairman), Michael Quinn (Chief Investment Officer), Richard Pilosof (CEO & Head of Risk), and Chuck Winograd ( Management Advisor). Since the inception of the firm, we have grown to 60 employees including 15 portfolio managers and 10 investment professionals with over $4.8 billion in assets under management for private clients, family offices, foundations and pensions. We seek to generate positive returns in rising and falling interest-rate and credit spread environments. Our outright foreign exchange risk is nominal and we only take interest-rate risk when appropriate.
