Mirepoix Foods is an artisan food and beverage manufacturer with a diverse range of production and packaging capabilities. Our mission is to create chef inspired, culinary foods. We work with various partners to create innovative, consistent, and quality products. We work with retailers to develop private label, control brand, and food service programs. We work with brands to help bring new products to market, scale existing products, and enter food service channel through larger pack sizes. We also work with fast casual chains to scale their core products while maintaining quality and enhancing consistency. Our facility is located just west of Philadelphia, PA and provides a central location from which the large consumer markets of the Northeast can easily be serviced. Previous to launching Mirepoix Foods we have long backgrounds in both manufacturing and branded food products. We created Mirepoix Foods in order to fill what we saw as a massive hole in the current food ecosystem, a middle-tier food and beverage manufacturer that matches an intense product oriented focus with top-notch QA/QC, and real innovation. At the end of the day we want to help our partners bring innovative, high quality products to their consumers in various formats. Mirepoix Foods'â€‹ plant is both FDA and USDA certified.
