On larger deals, we are often brought in as 'virtual general counsel', working with the in-house legal team and panel law firms and leading the negotiations. We provide M&A and employment law advice to a range of SMEs, as well as advising on inward investment into UK businesses. Our clients consider us friendly and approachable. We pride ourselves on forging a close partnership with them, working as an extension of their commercial and legal teams to tackle complex legal challenges with straightforward, clear advice.
