With an enrollment of over 5,000, the Jack F. Owens campus is one of the two largest locations of Delaware Technical & Community College. It is also the collegeâ€™s oldest location, established in 1967 as the Southern campus then renamed in 1995. Student life at DTCC Owens will certainly appeal to athletes. The campus is home to the collegeâ€™s baseball and softball teams. The Roadrunners compete in Division II of the NCJAA. The Owens campus also features a number of student organizations, such as the Student Nurses Association and the Performing Arts Club. DTCC Owensâ€™ academics grant certificates, diplomas, and associateâ€™s degrees in a variety of fields.
