We believe that - in most circumstances - the best placed people to coordinate high quality, personalised care are the families and care professionals themselves. Unlike an agency, which gets involved in every detail of care delivery, we focus on identifying excellent carers, making personalised matches, and building the tools you need to make ongoing care coordination simple. What was the inspiration for SuperCarers? SuperCarers was set-up by brothers Adam and Daniel Pike. Their mother was the primary carer for their grandma but she struggled to balance this responsibility with bringing-up two young children. As her needs increased the family had little option but for Grandma Pam to go into a residential care home where her health and happiness deteriorated rapidly. Adam and Daniel set-up SuperCarers to help families to find great carers and enable older people to stay living at home for as long as possible.
