IPSEA is a registered, national charity offering free and independent information, advice,support and training to make sure that children and young people with all kinds of special educational needs and/or disabilities in England get the right education. IPSEA is a volunteer-based charity and many of our volunteers providing information, advice and support are themselves parents of children with special educational needs and/or disabilities who have been helped by IPSEA.
