WHO WE ARE We're a forward thinking organisation and we thrive on finding better ways to work with people going through tough times such as experiencing homelessness, leaving care or coming out of prison. WHAT WE DO We provide direct support through Mayday Inspire, our new and unique Personal Transitions Service. We aim to get people through those tough times by making them as positive and temporary as possible. We focus on each person's unique strengths, talents and abilities and give everyone the opportunity to access the right opportunities, at the right time In 2011, we conducted a qualitative review of over 100 people inside and outside Mayday Trust. We wanted to know what people thought of the services designed to support their move out of homelessness and toward independence. The results were so powerful that they demanded a need for radical change. Change not only in how we delivered support, but in how our entire organisations thought, acted and responded to make sure the individual was at the heart of every decision we made and every action we took. A whole cultural change was needed. So that's exactly what we did. WORKING TOGETHER We're looking for like-minded organisations, commissioners and investors to join us.
