Hammer Museum at UCLA believes in the promise of art and ideas to illuminate our lives and build a more just world. A dynamic visual arts institution and cultural center, the Hammer presents major single-artist and thematic exhibitions of historical and contemporary art. The museum is also renowned for its diverse range of more than 250 public programs a year, including performances, lectures, film screenings, readings, and symposium. Admission to all Hammer exhibitions and public programs is free and open to the public.
