Established in 1993, Hanrahan Associates set out to provide a specialist recruitment service to International Banks, with the main focus on Fixed Income Markets (Cash and Derivatives), Structured Products, Foreign Exchange and Money Markets. Initially we concentrated on trading, structuring and sales personnel. Subsequently we broadened our field to also include Research; recruiting Market Strategists, Economists, Credit Analysts and Front Office Quants. In more recent years we have become expert in the CVA Market, recruiting key staff for a number of major institutions in the past 4 years including Heads of desk, and as the market has evolved and the importance of FVA trading has become a hot topic, we have become expert in that field too, and recruited key staff in that field, including recently in August 2014 the European Head of FVA trading for a major bank. In addition, we have been very active in recruiting in for Capital and Collateral Management trading desks and really the whole XVX arena is a key area for us. Having said that, we remain committed to our core business and have been actively recruiting in the past year for roles ranging from cross asset class structuring, to Snr Solutions Marketers, STIRT traders, Eur Swaps Traders, Flow Rates Sales staff, a Treasurer, a Head of GBP Rates Trading, a Xccy trader to name just a few. For many years now, we have successfully supplied numerous Clients with tailor-made solutions for the recruitment of high calibre staff, in a highly professional, timely and efficient manner. As a result we have developed a reputation for delivering what our clients want, irrespective of how challenging the role and recruitment for the role may be. Our expertise is derived from our own 'hands-on' experience of the Financial Markets, a solid understanding of the products involved, an in-depth knowledge of the Market Place and thorough understanding of the cultural nuances of individuals working within these Markets.
