Institut International de Lancy (IIL) offers challenging and inspiring programmes in its two principle sections, one English and one French. A strong emphasis on languages facilitates bilingual communication throughout the School and aims for a bilingual outcome for all pupils. The 1500 students, aged 3 to 9, are grouped in sections ensuring that a warm, family atmosphere is maintained throughout. An IB World School, IIL is authorised to teach the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). In addition, it is a Cambridge University examination centre and students sit for IGCSE examinations on campus. As a member of the GESBF (Groupement des Ecoles Suisses qui prÃ©parent au BaccalaurÃ©at FranÃ§ais) and under the aegis of the Academie de Grenoble, the School prepares students for the French Baccalaureate and for the DiplÃ´me National du Brevet.
