It represents over 50 established and emerging artists, including Phyllida Barlow, Martin Creed, Subodh Gupta, Roni Horn, Paul McCarthy and Pipilotti Rist, and is responsible for significant artist estates and foundations including the Louise Bourgeois Studio, the Estate of Philip Guston, the Eva Hesse Estate and Mike Kelley Foundation for the Arts. Hauser & Wirth has built a reputation for its dedication to artists and support of visionary artistic projects worldwide. In addition to presenting a dynamic schedule of exhibitions, the gallery collaborates with renowned curators to present museum-quality surveys. Hauser & Wirth invests considerable resources in new scholarship, education, research and conservation, and produces noteworthy publications in partnership with leading art publishers. Hauser & Wirth Somerset, an innovative world-class gallery and arts centre on the outskirts of Bruton, opened in July 2014 and welcomed over 130,000 visitors in its first year. Accompanied by an extensive education programme and regular artists'​ residencies, Hauser & Wirth Somerset shares contemporary art with new audiences and aims to engage the public with art, the countryside and the local community. In March 2016, Hauser & Wirth Los Angeles opened in the heart of the burgeoning Downtown Arts District, the gallery is located at 901 East 3rd Street.
