It is slow and unsteady. Why not run fast and footsure with our new model? It is the next generation academic research and publishing platform - a neural net of the planet's best minds collaborating as equals to build a better civilisation. Each Symposium lasts two years and covers one broad topic. It has several hundred participants divided into small groups called â€˜Roses'. Each Petal works on their own article about the topic issues and at monthly intervals uploads their article and makes constructive comments on the work of fellow Petals. During the three phases of a Colloquium, competing Cohorts of Roses emerge. Each Petal in the winning Cohort receives an award, with a substantial financial element. High Rose House publishes all the articles as an e-Monograph and pays royalties to all the authors. We are offering both intrinsic and extrinsic rewards. Knowledge Builders work collaboratively while still achieving individual career advancement.
