Ruskinn Technology Limited (RTL) was founded in 1993 by Andrew Skinn and Gerald Rutherford. It has rapidly become established as one of the world's leading suppliers and manufacturers of Gas Controlled Anoxia and Hypoxia Workstations. These special incubators are used in clinical microbiology and Life Science research labs. RTL has over 2000 workstation installations in more than 40 countries. The company and production centre is located in its own purpose built manufacturing facility in Pencoed, South Wales, UK. In July 2011, RTL was acquired by The Baker Company, Sanford, Maine, USA.
