The Original Load Board The company was established in 1978 as the Dial-A-Truck (DAT) load finder service at JubitzÂ® truck stop in Portland, Oregon. As a service to the industry, DAT provides data on trends, including a monthly spot market freight index and weekly Trendlines updates.
