The Mindfulness Clinic offers a combination of the best of modern psychotherapy techniques along with training in mindfulness and meditation to help you meet your goals, deal with your concerns, and to make changes for yourself in your life. We can help you if you are experiencing any of the following: stress, burnout, emotional pain, depression, anxiety, anger, grief, bereavement, tension, conflict, loneliness, infidelity, sexual problems, relationship or work dissatisfaction, alcohol or drug problems, addictions, and other difficulties. We offer individual and group therapy. Our therapy groups include Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), OCD Treatment Program, and a Social Anxiety Group (SAG).
