Founded in 1983, HESS is the largest private language school in Taiwan. HESS operates more than 150 schools throughout Taiwan and employs nearly 600 native-speaking English teachers. We have almost 30 years of experience looking after new and experienced teachers. In addition to our competitive salary, HESS guarantees teaching hours and awards annual student-return rate and contract-completion bonuses. You don't need a TEFL certificate (bachelor's degree holders) to apply. In fact, after completing our free training program, you will earn a TEFL while getting paid for practicum teaching! In addition, new teachers are eligible to take advantage of an interest-free start-up loan of NT$30,000 (US$1,000)!
