West Highland College UHI is one of the newest colleges in Scotland and is unique in that it has no single, central campus. Established in 2010, we are a college of, and for, the West Highlands of Scotland and as such we have 10 networked college learning centres from Ullapool in the north, The Isle of Skye in the West and to Kinlochleven further south, which offer learners opportunity and variety in learning styles and subjects across Lochaber, Skye, Wester Ross and beyond. As part of the University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI), we provide an ever growing curriculum with specialist subjects which are founded on the unique attributes of our environment and our culture. Our BA (Hons) Adventure Tourism Management is the only degree of its type operating in a wild, rural location. New courses that are being developed for 2015 include two new honours degree courses, BSc Adventure Performance & Coaching and Marine & Coastal Tourism which will be a perfect fit with our new postgraduate MSc in Ecotourism. So if you are leaving school and interested in a vocational, full time course to enhance your career, considering further or higher education, or looking to improve your chances of getting into work – or if you just want to try something new – then do contact us - we really look forward to hearing from you.
