Perhaps the best known feature is the operation of the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati, which is a comprehensive listing of real estate available for purchase or lease in the marketplace. Our Board was one of the first in the nation to make the popular MLS available for viewing on the Internet. An inventory of more than 10,000 properties is currently online, ready for your viewing through your REALTORÂ®. Since its inception in 1888, the Cincinnati Area Board of REALTORSÂ® has become the largest professional trade association in the area. Through a strong partnership with the Ohio Association of REALTORSÂ® and National Association of REALTORSÂ®, members are able to further their objectives throughout the state and nation.
