Fantic Motor Ltd., was founded in 1968 in Barzago (Lecco-Milan, Italy). In the 70's Fantic become the second largest Italian motorcycle manufacturer and one of the most known motorcycles brands, thanks to Caballero 50cc and 125cc off-road models, a myth for young people at the time. In the 80's Fantic become leader in trial off-road competitions, winning three World titles in 1985, 1986, 1988. Today Fantic, located in Treviso-Venice, continues to develop a highly technological range of products. To confirm the top quality of its offroad bikes, Fantic won in 2012 the 300cc European Enduro championship and in 2014 both the Italian and Belgian National Championship in 50cc category. On 1st October 2014 Fantic was acquired by VeNetWork, a network of first class entrepreneurs based in North East Italy that invest in hi-potential Italian business. The new CEO is Mariano Roman, for more than twenty years technical director of Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Laverda. In 2015 Fantic entered the e-bike market with a new product line of electric bicycles (offroad and urban). Fantic Bicycles are characterized by their design and high quality, a real mix of Italian style, German technology and the best possible components from all over the world. Fantic now is proud to announce the introduction of all its electric bicycles product line into the U.S. market. Fantic USA is working since July 2016. Fantic USA head quarter is located in San Francisco. Actually Fantic is producing Fat Bikes, Full Suspension, Hardtail and Gravel electric bikes; Enduro and Motard motorcycles (50cc, 125cc, 250cc).
