Linc Homes, our housing service provides high quality social and affordable homes for people to rent and to buy. Our intermediate and market rent schemes provide homes to people who are unable to buy due to the current economic climate or who want to rent but do not qualify for social housing. Established in 1977, Linc is an Industrial and Provident Society and a Registered Social Landlord regulated by the Welsh Government.
