HISTORY When Sue & Mark Rickwood set up in the care-recruitment business nearly 10 years ago, they soon realised that there was a big need for quality training in the care sector. 'It's a very specific sector, and it has very specific demands' said Sue. 'Existing training just wasn't geared up to the industry and in some cases there were massive gaps and skills-needs. So we started running a few training courses and they were such a success that we launched Train2Succeed.'
