Stooks has really broken the mould and split opinions as the management team have continued to defy what has traditionally been expected of a garden centre restaurant. Their insistence on using top quality, local produce has to be commended. From Sussex wine to Sussex beef, their team of chefs make the most of what the county has to offer. A relaxing space, in a beautiful building where, for lunch healthy dishes ooze with natural flavours and and delicious homemade cakes and pastries are enjoyed for morning coffee and afternoon tea.
