margoe is building a personalized workplace learning accelerator designed by and for independent workers to maximize their full potential. We are built on these assumptions: independents are time starved and cash strapped, want help finding practical solutions to their workplace issues, don't always know what they need to know to compete, often feel isolated and have no single source for guidance, advice and support. So we are tapping into the wisdom of those who have mastered being an independent and blending their knowledge-share with artificial intelligence to do the heavy lifting- the questioning to understand the needs of each independent so we can suggest expert created and curated 'how-to'â€‹ tutorials, lessons and courses, including podcasts, articles, videos and other materials. And, if more is needed, connect with these 'masters'â€‹ 1:1 to go deeper. Areas covered are soft skill building (eg. how to build relationships at work), cognitive skill building (eg. project scoping), practical skills (eg. personal marketing) and operational support (eg. manage your home office). Each "how-to" lesson is being built with flexibility to deliver personalized solutions for where, when and how a person wants to learn. Additional paid services such as 30 minute coaching, wip lockers for feedbacks and other curated tools will be blended directly into lessons. We're a team of instructional designers, machine-learning technologists, omnichannel marketers and talent developers with the common purpose of helping people be effective, productive and hopefully happier in their worklife.
