Hello We're innocent and we're here to make it easy for people to do themselves some good (whilst making it taste nice too). We started innocent in 1999 after selling our smoothies at a music festival. We put up a big sign asking people if they thought we should give up our jobs to make smoothies, and put a bin saying 'Yes'â€‹ and a bin saying 'No'â€‹ in front of the stall. Then we got people to vote with their empties. At the end of the weekend, the 'Yes'â€‹ bin was full, so we resigned from our jobs and got cracking. Since then we've started making veg pots, juices and kids'â€‹ drinks, in our quest to make natural, delicious, healthy foods that help people live well and die old. ****************************** Innocent is the Europe's favourite smoothie brand. The company has grown from a 0 to an 80% UK market share, turns over in excess of Â£100 million every year, and sells in more than 15 countries. The range of healthy food and drink has evolved to include: Smoothies â€“ 100% whole crushed fruit and pure juices, packed full of vitamins, fibre and phytonutrients and containing 2 portions of fruit per serving Juices â€“ 100% pure squeezed juice with no preservatives or any funny business whatsoever Veg pots and noodle pots â€“ little tasty, filling meals that give you 2 or 3 portions of veg in one go Kids range â€“ delicious drinks and fruit purees for children The team has now grown to 350 people, based in London, Paris, Dublin, Copenhagen, and Salzburg. As a business, innocent want to leave things a little better than they found them. This is reflected in everything we do, from the use of green electricity at Fruit Towers to only sourcing our fruit from farms that look after both their workers and the environment. Since our creation in 1999, every year 10% of all profits are donated to the innocent foundation - a separate charity which funds NGOs and projects in the countries where the fruit is sourced.
