Tourism Vancouver Island is a not-for-profit organization that is mandated to promote, foster and encourage travelling by the public to all areas of Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands and the coastal areas of the mainland coast between Moses and Bute inlets. The region has in excess of 4,000 stakeholders, all of which have an interest in the continued development and growth of the tourism industry within the region. Tourism Vancouver Island is one of five regional destination management organizations that are contracted by Destination British Columbia. Through this contract and our partnerships with the tourism industry, Tourism Vancouver Island delivers in excess of $500,000 annually in regional marketing initiatives.
