We have been supplying the NZ market through retailers, caterers, cafes, restaurants and airlines for over 20 years and have built a reputation for baking delicious cakes, muffins, slices, donuts and cheesecakes. We currently employ over 50 staff in our factory in Christchurch and are continuing to expand and improve our facilities by installing state of the art equipment to improve efficiency and ensure our exceptional standards of quality and service are maintained as our business grows.
