Our Corporate Yoga Programme is called Performance Yoga. Performance Yoga is a Corporate Wellbeing Programme that includes business training and personal development coaching. In a 60-90 minute sessions at our customers offices we incorporate light yoga stretches to tackle the back and neck problems experienced by desk based workers, with relaxation and breathing exercises to combat the build-up of stress. At the beginning and the end of this physical routine we deliver training on improving productivity and success in the modern office environment. We also provide a healthy and nutritious drinks and snacks to follow the Performance Yoga Session.
