Columbus First Bank is a state-chartered commercial bank located at 6877 North High Street in Worthington, Ohio (a suburb of Columbus) and is insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). In December 2009, Columbus First Bank reorganized into a holding company structure and is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Columbus First Bancorp, Inc. Since the bank began operations in August 2007, it has been primarily focused on lending to small businesses in the area to finance the purchase, construction and improvement of commercial real estate or help expand their operations. As of December 2014, Columbus First Bancorp's total assets were approximately $281 million.
