We work with more than 300 NHS clients, from smaller trusts and health boards through to those with budgets of up to £1,800m and 44,000 staff. We're proven pioneers and innovators, always finding new ways to save the NHS money. We started in 1988 as VAT consultants, introduced forensic reviews in 2009 and, almost three years ago, launched our STAFFflow direct engagement service to trusts across the UK. Our services: Workforce Our workforce services give the NHS the ability to manage all their temporary staffing resources through one system. This offers improved controls, better governance, increased transparency, greater compliance and lower costs. It puts the NHS in control of hiring arrangements and improves the visibility and control of temporary staffing spend. We aim to improve NHS self sufficiency and help trusts better utilise their own resources with support in establishing and running staff banks to meet temporary staffing needs. VAT and Financial Management The size of our VAT practice gives us a unique perspective and an unrivalled level of experience, meaning all our clients benefit from the latest thinking and practices. Our clients can increase cash recovery, improve cash flow and governance, and reduce the risk of HMRC penalties for non-compliance. Our forensic reviews of Continuing Healthcare costs for CCGs and AP data for trusts identify potential savings and then our specialist teams pursue cases as agreed with clients in order to recover the amounts overpaid.
