Sunshine State Economic Development Corporation is a not-for-profit certified development corporation (CDC) licensed by the U.S. Small Business Administration to offer the SBA 504 Loan Program. SEDCO is the culmination of the merger between Gulfcoast Business Finance and Tampa Economic Development Corporation, two 30-year old CDC's, which served the St. Petersburg/Jacksonville/Miami and the Tampa markets, respectively. SEDCO, headquartered in Clearwater, Florida, serves the entire state of Florida. The SBA Section 504 Loan Program is an economic development financing tool designed to stimulate private sector investments in long term fixed assets. The loan program is offered to small businesses looking to purchase fixed assets (real estate, buildings, equipment and machinery) providing long-term fixed rates with as little as 10% down. Helping small business succeed is our business. SEDCO can provide your expanding small business with alternative financial resources, sound financial advice, and business acumen. These resources combined with your hard work, fiscal responsibility, personal commitment and drive for entrepreneurial success will help ensure profitability for your company.
