Our world needs better leadership. StartingBloc exists to convene and grow the leaders that our future needs. Our ecosystem spans 2,500 Fellows across the globe, four yearly Institutes, twenty local chapters, a pro-bono coaching program, and a thriving community. We have run programs in New Delhi, London, New Orleans, Washington DC, Los Angeles, and New York. Our 2,500 Fellows are from 70+ countries, embedded in the communities that they serve, and tackling root causes. They range in age from 18-70, being on average 30 years old. 61% are people of color, and 65% are women. Over 100 social enterprises have been launched by StartingBloc'ers. The majority of our Fellows report giving and receiving support to the community, 62% are in positions of leadership, and 83% report significant professional growth as a result of our programs.
