The practice was founded in 1988 and its operations are overseen by its founding partner, Patrick Reardon, and his co-directors, Susan Webster and James Twomey, who are supported by a senior professional team, all of who have distinguished careers in hotel design and commercial developments. The company's portfolio in London is unparalleled, encompassing a total of 31 completed and active projects. These include The Beaumont, The Savoy, The Lanesborough, Four Seasons London at Park Lane, InterContinental London Park Lane, 30 Grosvenor Square, 22 Grosvenor Square, 1 Sloane Gardens, 11 Cadogan Gardens and the Wanda Vista Hotel in the Nine Elms development.
