J.D. Byrider opened in 1989 with a vision of how the used car buying experience could be done differently. Discover is an industry recognized computerized operating system, daily customer satisfaction monitoring and a revolutionary customer risk evaluation system. Today, we're headquartered in Carmel, Indiana; just outside Indianapolis. Our business model has attracted some of the industry's brightest and most innovative executives. There are close to 160 J.D. Byrider branch locations across the nation, owned by either franchisees or the company. We've sold over 1 million vehicles since opening. Every month, more than 5,000 peopleâ€”many of them repeat customers or referralsâ€”come into our branches and trust us with their business.
