Integrated Care Hub: designed in colaboration with the NHS and Local Council to provide a unique hub to address the needs of a growing ageing population. The South Tyneside scheme provides residential options for longer term and respite care alongside a range of health and social care services for older people including those with dementia. Nuffield Hospital Cambridge: A Â£15m 'boutique hotel style' hospital for Nuffield Health providing 21st century healthcare services in a tranquil, landscaped setting. Middle Deepdale: A sustainable urban extension of 1200 homes in North Yorkshire; one of the largest residential projects in the region and cited by the Joseph Rowntree Trust as an exemplar in Community Consultation. Houghton Primary Care Centre: currently the only BREEAM Outstanding for the NHS. This community based facility provides integrated health and wellbeing services within a sustainable development. Winner BBH Innovation in Sustainability 2012.
