The council's vision is for Westminster to be a City for All which is built on the fundamentals of being a global city, celebrating strong neighbourhoods and thriving communities. City for All 2017/18 will focus on three exciting new priorities which will form the foundations of our City for All programme over the next year. - Civic leadership and responsibility - Opportunity and fairness across the city - Setting the standards for a world class city Westminster City Council manages, co-ordinates and faciltates a large range of services on behalf of its residents and visitors at the heart of London in co-operation with London and National Government. We are the home of the Monarchy and the seat of the UK Government. Westminster has joined up with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and London borough of Hammersmith and Fulham in the tri-borough partnership. This has combined services, such as libraries and Adult Services, to increase efficiency, improve people's lives and make public money go further. The Leader of Westminster City Council is Councillor Nickie Aiken The Chief Executive is Charlie Parker, who joined the council in January 2014 from Oldham Council.
